During our initial walk-through, we'll go over your timeline, goals, and target closing date.

We'll also jot down items we notice that can be addressed to help add value to your home so it can

sell faster and for a higher price.​

You'll receive that list as well as a fully personalized calendar of everything you can be doing between the time we meet and when your house is officially on the market.  

This helps you tackle one bit at a time and early enough that you aren't left scrambling to get it all done at the end. 

We will also chat to consider where you are moving to.  Depending on your situation, timeline, and where you're headed, these things can affect the order of events, which offer you accept, and items that are written into the contracts. 

We can help you navigate that process so you are sure you have the time you need to have your new home ready and waiting at the point that your current home is sold. 

As part of your Simple Sale, you will receive several additional resources specifically created to ensure that your home sale is simple and successful.  Some of these resources include:

As the Listing Date draws near, we will, at no cost to you, bring through a professional stager.  They will advise you on how to position furniture and accessories in your home in a way that helps buyers see the best features of your home and so they can picture themselves living there.
