This helps you tackle one bit at a time and early enough that you aren't left scrambling to get it all done at the end.
We will also chat to consider where you are moving to. Depending on your situation, timeline, and where you're headed, these things can affect the order of events, which offer you accept, and items that are written into the contracts.
We can help you navigate that process so you are sure you have the time you need to have your new home ready and waiting at the point that your current home is sold.
